He and his staff also are excellent at giving you choices by informing you of things they found with your car that can wait to be addressed if necessary, but extremely honest about what work does need to be done, which makes me feel safe and confident in their work. My SUV needed a major repair with the gas tank after being vandalized. Spoke to Scott and he helped me in details what is really going on with my SUV. I have never been to a workshop that is very informative and details about a car. They also listen to my concerns and willing to help what is my priority according to my fund to fix my SUV. All staffs are polite and helpful. It is also very close from where I live so it is a bonus.
