I can’t even begin to thank Rick and Gonzalo for their assistance. I’ve been bringing my cars here for years and trust they always have my best interest in mind. I had tires replaced at a big box store which caused damage to my lug nut studs. Not only did they explain this but helped navigate me getting the fees for the damage reimbursed. Rick created separate invoices and Gonzalo was available to go to bat for me when the other retailer questioned my request. Precision Automotive is always professional, prompt, and communicative throughout their service. I’ve recommended them to several friends and co-workers.

I’m always suspect when I go to maintenance shops that they’re going to try to push others services on you to get more money or tell you that things need to be fixed that don’t. However, they didn’t do that at all. They were very upfront, honest, and professional. I absolutely liked the thoroughness of the look over. It listed recommendations and even explanation videos of why those services should be done. I absolutely would use them again if the dealership wasn’t cheaper for the oil change. That was the only negative.
