I’m always suspect when I go to maintenance shops that they’re going to try to push others services on you to get more money or tell you that things need to be fixed that don’t. However, they didn’t do that at all. They were very upfront, honest, and professional. I absolutely liked the thoroughness of the look over. It listed recommendations and even explanation videos of why those services should be done. I absolutely would use them again if the dealership wasn’t cheaper for the oil change. That was the only negative.

They are honest, thorough, and provide me with photos to confirm any needed repairs. I purchased my Ellie new in 2006 so she is about to turn 17! I've been going to Precision over 10 years now and the thing I appreciate most is that Rick always tries to find the best price without jeopardizing quality. He and his staff also are excellent at giving you choices by informing you of things they found with your car that can wait to be addressed if necessary, but extremely honest about what work does need to be done, which makes me feel safe and confident in their work. I highly recommend them.
