Sacramento Auto Repair

I am a fairly new customer to Precision Automotive but the quality of customer care and service that I have received has been outstanding. I recently took my Toyota Camry in for repair but then I received a call from Lindsey stating that they needed to order a part and that they were going to have to keep my car longer than they anticipated. Because of this inconvenience Precision Automotive loaned me a car. I did not have to bum rides or be stranded at home and I was able to carry on with my day. When my car was ready for pick up not only had it been repaired to my satisfaction but it had been washed and vacuum. I was shocked to say the least. I have taken my car to other repair shops and never received this kind of treatment. Precision Automotive is AWESOME and I highly recommend them.

Very caring! My mothers Honda Accord had some issues. ..lol..I should have taken it to them sooner! ! I am so grateful and appreciate them so much for everything! Words i can say aren't enough. They're awesome. .honest and dedicated to their craft! I have told everyone I know to take their vehicles to them. ..I will certainly be doing business with them from now on. ...! I finally found the auto shop I've been searching for in south sacrament. "Precision Automotive", the name speaks for itself. They're. Precised in workmanship, pricing,, diagnose, nice people. Thank you Rich, I will definitely see you with my other vehicles for repairs / maintenance and of course I will highly refer you to anybody I know. Thanks again Rick for a job well done. I can now drive my Lexis stress free.
