Good work and competitive prices

Precision auto did a fantastic job assisting us. We broke down very early in the morning on a trip to Southern CA-They got our vehicle in first thing and went to great lengths to get the repair done quickly so we could get back on the road. After they found a second issue with the vehicle that made a long road trip dangerous, they pulled out all the stops to assist us in finding a rental car so we could make our trip. When you read reviews if the person likes the shop most of them say the normal things like nice people, good shop or things like that. Now I know I've been taking my autos to different shops around Sacramento for a long time and there is nothing more satisfying than having knowledgeable auto people that treat you with respect. I believe that the People at Precision are very knowledgeable and what makes it even better is that they explain the issues in terms everyone can understand. No one likes to pay for repairs (do they) but it is necessary if you want your car to last you have to take care of it. The staff at Precision can help you do that in a way that will extend the life of your car or truck!
