I was passing thru Sacramento when my 2007 Toyota Corolla check engine light went on. I googled the nearest mechanic and found this gem of a place! The service manager, Lindsay welcomed me as soon as I walked in. I was upset and fearing the worst about my car. She offered me a cold drink, got me laughing and calmed me down. She was obviously busy with work but put it to the side to personally help me. She brought this machine-thing to my car to diagnose. Soon she smiled and said it was just a loose gas cap:-) She insisted on cleaning my windows because she wanted me to have 'good visibility' on my road trip. I mean, who does that? Lindsay @ Precision does! I live an hour and half away but will only take my car to them!!

I would tell them that I as very satisfied with the service, and Rick the owner was very friendly and helpful. I dropped off my car and they gave me a ride home, I appreciated that service very much.
