I would tell them that I as very satisfied with the service, and Rick the owner was very friendly and helpful. I dropped off my car and they gave me a ride home, I appreciated that service very much.

I have told many people that Precision automotive is excellent. The customer service is top notch and their work is guaranteed. And they will come pick you up from work when your car is ready!

Everyone who works here is very friendly & knows their stuff (as evidenced by their flawless work). Very reasonably priced, informative, complimentary wash (exterior), and rides to and from if you'd like to return later for your vehicle. Very high recommendation. Precision automotive, specifically Lindsey, was the one and only bright light in the 3 month long nightmare we just went through with a truck we recently bought. Lindsey went above and beyond to try to help us out, even arguing with the third parties involved, on our behalf. After dealing with so many different terrible people it was beyond comforting to finally find someone who we felt we could trust, and who communicated extremely well.After 3 failed used engines we finally landed at precision and they were able to get us back on the road as painlessly as possible.Their rate may be a little higher than some other places but you truly do get what you pay for here. We will definitely be returning customers!
