As always, Rick, Scott and the team at Precision did a first rate job, going above and beyond. They replaced the transmission on our 2014 Ford Escape; not something you want to leave to people you don't know enough to trust. This was a major effort, done by people I know will stand behind their work and will be there to back it up.
