As always, Rick, Scott and the team at Precision did a first rate job, going above and beyond. They replaced the transmission on our 2014 Ford Escape; not something you want to leave to people you don't know enough to trust. This was a major effort, done by people I know will stand behind their work and will be there to back it up.

JUST WANT TO SAY THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO TAKE MY CAR FOR MAINTENANCE ETC, AND NO ONE WOULD SUGGEST SOMEHOW I CAME ACROSS PRECISION AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE AND DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A TRY. I LEFT MY CAR WITH THEM MY EXPEDITION AND RICK WAS IN CONTACT WITH ME THRU THE DAY AND INFORMING ME OF WHATS HAPPENING WITH MY CAR, THEY WORKED ON IT AND CHANGED OIL AMONG OTHER THINGS AND WHEN IT WAS DONE THEY CALLED AND INFORMED ME THAT MY CAR WAS READY FOR PICK UP, I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEM AND THEIR SERVICE I WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT MIGHT ASK ME WHERE I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR TO, AGAIN I WANT TO SAY A BIG THANK YOU TO RICK AND HIS STAFF FOR GREAT SERVICE, ANYONE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO SERVICE YOUR CAR CALL PRECISION AUTOMOTIVE ON 47TH AVENUE AT 916 424 1845, I KNOW YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR PROFESIONAL SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
