Talk about professional, from the first conversation to picking up my car they gave me exceptional service. They sent me a link with the results of the diagnostic tests with pictures. They picked me up to get my car. They used technology to deliver premium communication and warranty their work beyond expectation. I am new to Sac but now I found a home for my automotive needs.

The Precision Automotive Team is the best in all ways; friendly and knowledgeable, highly trained mechanics and they are honest. After only taking my 2006 Honda Element into a Honda dealer since my purchase in 2006, I began losing confidence in their work. I was disappointed to the point of searching for another company for future maintenance and repairs. Precision Automotive was highly recommended to me so I took her in for a thorough diagnostic. I was impressed by the detailed test results and attached photos for proof. I worked with Scott and he let me know which repairs would be needed immediately and which ones could wait for later. I opted for the necessary repairs for now. My Element is now driving better than she has for years! I have total confidence in Precision Automotive and will continue taking my Element to them for all future repairs and/or maintenance. I have 144,000+ miles and plan on keeping her purring for another 100,000+ more.

I had my 2000 GMC pickup towed to Precision Automotive because the engine overheated while driving to work. I called to ask if they could accept the truck for repair and they told me yes and they would call me when the tow truck showed up. As expected they called and they would look at it. I received a detailed phone call as to what they were going to do to diagnose the problem and they did. The next call was to explain what happened and what repairs needed to be made as well as cost. I gave go ahead on repair and they completed the repairs. Once they were done I received a text message of the detailed inspection and repairs along with pictures to show me what was wrong. Followed up with a phone call and t truck was completed. Kudos to these folks...from my experience they were honest and straightforward with great communication.
