The level of professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail at Percicision Automotive surpasses any automotive repair shop I've ever visited. Rick and his crew really know what they're doing and they'll do their best to make sure you understand as well. I appreciate the thoroughness in their inspections and in their work. I have confidence that after repair work is completed by the crew at Precision, my family is safe while we're on the road. Also, in my opinion, it is crucial that people support small business. After my first experience at Precision, I won't go anywhere else!

It was a very hot day when my engine blew. I left the vehicle overnight at Precision. They woke me up early, let me know what was wrong, and call around for the best place to take my vehicle for the needed repairs. Scott let me know who had the best customer service out of the places he talked to 😊 He was right! Wisdom is not just knowing everything; it is knowing the right questions to ask to get what you needed.

Great mechanics. I am disabled and unable to care for my vehicles any more. They are great. Sent me a video of the problem and fixed it very quickly. They even washed the car for free. The people are super nice too.

Very professional and friendly from the moment I made an appointment. The detailed report they sent me on my new "used" car inspection was so thorough and gave me piece of mind. They made sure I had a ride to work, too!!! Five star service!!! I'll be bringing all my cars back for service.
