The timing was not what we hoped but we also have a very old truck that proceeded to have more issues along the way, they were great about communicating the upcoming issues and how/ if to proceed. Love this place!

The only place around my husband and I trust to take our vehicles. They are honest, up-front about everything, won't cut corners (even when the warranty insurance wants them to.. aka carmax maxcare), and have the BEST customer service. If you are new to the area, or new to car problems, this is the only place I will recommend! 🤗

Precision was able to fit me in right away, and Scott was super professional and friendly. They sent me pics and info on my car so I knew any problems it had, what they were doing, and potential problems in the future. Friendly and fast. I will be a customer of Precision for now on!
